Position: Enterprise Business Development Representative

Division: Growth

Status: Full-Time 

Location: Remote, in-person options in our offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Philadelphia, and New York City

Reports to: Vice President, Growth

This role has no direct reports

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the growth team to help execute on Panda’s go-to-market strategy
  • Use tools like Hubspot and Definitive Healthcare to identify key target healthcare organizations and contacts
  • Conduct research on those healthcare organizations to execute on strategic outreach plans
  • Use a variety of prospecting strategies to engage prospects via Linkedin, cold emailing and calling 
  • Set meetings with qualified health system prospects

Your key working relationships:

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you need to develop strong relationships with the following Stakeholders:

  • Internal:
    • Chief Growth Officer
    • Vice President, Growth
    • Chief Marketing Officer
    • Director of Sales Enablement
    • VP, Client Success
  • External:
    • Health System C-Suite and Senior Executives
    • Health System digital health and procurement resources

Required qualifications

  • 1-2 years in a sales development role prospecting into mid-market or enterprise healthcare organizations
  • Familiar with the pain points of C-Suite healthcare executives
  • An understanding of how to break into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and decision influencers
  • Be curious and willing to go the extra step to uncover information 
  • Passionate about healthcare and transforming digital health 
  • Have a sense of urgency and drive to exceed assigned quota

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Drive, and Slack 
  • Knowledge of digital health

Compensation

Base salary plus commissions
