VP, Growth


The primary purpose of this position is to develop and execute Panda’s health system growth strategy and lead a team of sales resources to achieve Panda’s growth targets and sales goals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead health system sales operations and resources, delivering profitable growth
  • Develop strategies for generating new business and achieving Panda’s sales goals
  • Foster strong relationships with health system C-suite executives and senior leaders and keep them informed of digital health market dynamics and trends
  • Manage key prospect relationships and support end-to-end sales process
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting; Monitor the sales pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of satisfaction with the Panda Marketplace and the digital health solutions procured through Panda
  • Engage with Category Growth team on Digital Health market intelligence
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to executive leadership team
  • Define optimal sales team structure and lead hiring of sales resources
  • Provide oversight to Sales Enablement to ensure alignment with revenue goals
  • Leverage Sales Enablement to define and coordinate sales training programs that allow team members to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Create a culture of success

Your key relationships

As the Vice President – Growth, you need to develop strong relationships with the following Stakeholders:

  • Internal:
    • Chief Growth Officer
    • VP, Client Services
    • Sales Executives
    • Director of Sales Enablement
  • External:
    • Health System C-Suite and Senior Executives
    • Health System digital health and procurement resources
    • Digital health vendor/supplier leadership teams

Experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health, technology, or related field.
  • Post Graduate qualifications preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in provider-focused consulting or sales working with health system C-suite and senior executive leaders
  • Experience selling digital health solutions including mobile medical apps, digital therapeutics, HIT, remote monitoring / wearables, personalized healthcare, or telemedicine is strongly preferred. Experience selling health IT or medical device solutions will be considered
  • Experience building and executing on a multi-channel growth strategy; knowledge and interaction with GPO organizations
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and achieving growth targets
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proven executive leadership experience
