The role

Position: Sales Executive

Division: Growth

Status: Full-Time 

Location: Remote

Reports to: Sr. Director, Sales & Channel Partnerships

 

Role Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to help execute Panda’s growth strategy by facilitating qualified buyer leads from the discovery stage to final contract execution.

Reports directly to the Sr. Director, Sales & Channel Partnerships

This role has no direct reports

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

Execute qualified leads through all stages of a complex sales process (6+ months)

  • Identify and establish meaningful contact with potential buyer health systems
  • Schedule meetings and deliver meaningful presentations in a professional and respectful manner
  • Attend digital health industry trade shows and GPO conferences and sales events  to identify potential sales leads 
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales

 

 

Your key working relationships:

As a Sales Executive, you need to develop strong relationships with the following Stakeholders:

 

  • Internal:
    • Chief Growth Officer
    • Vice President, Growth
    • Chief Marketing Officer
    • Director of Sales Enablement
    • Sr. Director, Sales and Channel Partnerships
    • Director, Sales
    • Director, Category Growth
  • External:
    • Health System C-Suite and Senior Executives including supply chain leaders
    • Healthcare GPOs and other non- traditional buying groups (leadership and sales teams)

 

Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
    • 5-7 years of direct sales to US healthcare organizations
    • Previous experience working with group buying contracts and relationships
    • Ability to effectively communicate and conduct value driven conversations with C-Suite executives and supply chain professionals
    • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, track and monitor qualified leads at all stages of the sales cycle
    • Familiarity with Google Slides or PowerPoint to create presentations for internal and external executive audiences
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Drive, and Slack 
    • Knowledge of digital health
