Position: Marketing Director

Division: Growth

Status: Full-Time 

Location: Remote, offices in Atlanta, Dallas, New York City

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

This role has no direct reports

Your key responsibilities:

Marketing Execution

  • Direct Panda Marketing efforts towards the goal of of attracting new Buyers and Suppliers to become participants on the platform
  • Manage core marketing responsibilities for Panda, including market segmentation, target markets for buyers and sellers, key messaging for targets, brand identity and coordination for company publications and collateral
  • Create and maintain core marketing assets including websites, email templates, slide decks, infographics, social media posts, and other executions
  • Collaborate with Sales team to achieve Growth team OKRs (eg, coordinate marketing executions with sales campaigns, align messaging, look & feel with sales communications)
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Sales and Operations to create market facing thought leadership content
  • Manage strategies and tactics related to buyer and seller cultivation and activation
  • Own marketing campaign strategies, including social media, direct sales, advertising and other marketing campaign initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to create marketing campaigns for buyers and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain brand messages that will resonate with target demographics
  • Negotiate compensation and project details for outside contractors related to marketing and promotions
  • Communicate the marketing plan to senior leadership
  • Maintain a strong understanding about Panda services, features and value to answer specific customer questions.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences as a representative of Panda
  • Achieve agreed upon marketing metrics and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the marketing effort
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to executive leadership team

  • External:
    • Health System and digital health company marketing teams
    • Marketing partners

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health, technology, communications, or related field.  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing; Experience at a marketing agency a plus
  • Prefer to see demonstrated success managing email campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design (including hiring/managing designers and creatives), performance management
  • Experience/familiarity with maintaining a marketing funnel leveraging common CRM and marketing tools & functionality
  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot’s Marketing Hub a plus
  • Prefer practical experience working in one or more areas of digital health including mobile medical apps, digital therapeutics, HIT, remote monitoring / wearables, personalized healthcare, or telemedicine
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and  interpersonal skills
